DECRAMASTIC TILES
(PRESSED METAL, CHIP COATED)
1. The roof is treated to remove algal growth and grime (moss & lichen etc.)
-a non toxic detergent/chemical is used.
2. Repairs to all damaged tiles
- Reshaped
- Dent removal
- Renailing of all loose tiles
- Rust treatment/removal
3. On completion of structural repairs, the roof is then pressure cleaned, (expert roof water blasting) The house & paths/gardens, all exterior fixtures are carefully washed due to roof debri.
4. Lead edge on gable roofs will either be replaced or completely removed so barges can be cut and folded.
5. the roof is then primed, (base coat) with an acrylic bitumin coating designed to bind in with the original inferior tar coating.
6. Re-chipping of entire roof, to manufacturers specifications. (this achieves an "as new" textured apperance)
7. The roof is then covered with two coats of an elastic type membrane, (a protective/thick coating) A three directional spraying system is used to achieve maximum bonding of chip and uniform appearance.
8. All borders and edges are masked or non-sprayable ares are carefully brushed in.
9. Quality control inspection through out and on completion.
10. Restoration to an "as new" condition.
COLOUR STEEL ROOFING
(INCORPORATES CORRUGATED IRON AND LONG RUN)
1. The roof is treated to remove algal growth and grime (moss & lichen etc.)
-a non toxic detergent/chemical is used.
2. On completion of this treatment the roof is then pressure cleaned, (expert roof water blasting) The house & paths/gardens, all exterior fixtures are carefully washed due to roof debri.
3. Repairs are then carried out.
- All loose nailing fixed or renewed
- Surface rust primed
- Badly rusted parts will be replaced
- Lead work/flashings that need attention
4. At this stage if your roof is not colour steel but galvanised iron that has not previously been painted we apply 1 coat of galvanised primer.
5. Colour steel roofing when aged oxides very badly creating a powdery surface even after cleaning, that is where 2 coats of Rodene specialised acrylic roof coating is then applied, which enables us to give you a 10 year guarantee.
6. All borders and edges are masked or non-sprayable areas are carefully brushed in.
7. Quality control inspection through out an on completion.
CONCRETE TILES
(NOT INCLUDING CLAY TILES)
1. The roof is treated to remove algal growth and grime (moss & lichen etc.)
-a non toxic detergent/chemical is used.
2. On completion of this treatment the roof is then pressure cleaned, (expert roof water blasting) The house & paths/gardens, all exterior fixtures are carefully washed due to roof debri.
3. Repairs are then carried out.
- All broken tiles replaced
- All pointing is re-sealed using a combination of products and Flexi-point
- Valleys with rust will be treated
- Lead work/flashings that need attention
- All ridge caps broken will be fixed/replaced
4. The roof is then sealed with two coats of high build acrylic membrane which is manufactured to achieve long lasting results unlike other silicone/glaze based products.
- A three directional spraying system is used to achieve maximum bonding & coverage of the tile surface.
5. The final coat is thenapplied which gives a gloss finish to restore the roof to an "as new" condition.
6. All borders and edges are masked or non-sprayable areas are carefully brushed in.
7. Quality control inspection through out an on completion.
